A. To place an order, go to the product table that contains what you are looking for and narrow down your choices by picking the features that are important. We will then ask you either register (New Users) or login. Once you have completed this short process, you'll be back on the website home page again. A. You do not need an account to order from us. You do need to register which is really easy. We just need your email address and password and you are on your way to ordering from Zoro Tools.
A. A $5 shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling less that $50 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States. No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax.
Shipping Policy Exceptions: Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.
Zoro Tools only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. Zoro Tools does not ship to PO Box addresses.
UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments. Zoro Tools exclusively ships via ground. We do not ship via air.
A. Exempt purchasers need to provide us with a copy of a state resale certificate, exemption certificate or other acceptable proof of your exempt status for the state where the items will be shipped.
The documentation submitted should include name of the organization that purchased the items.
How to submit this information
First, place your order through our website or with one of our customer service agents. After you’ve received your shipment confirmation, please submit the necessary information by fax in order to receive a refund of any sales tax. Our NEW fax number is 855‑FAX‑ZORO (855‑329‑9676).
Alternatively, you can scan your certificate and send it to us at askZoro@zorotools.com.

A. Zoro Tools warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
